Education: High School diploma or GED required. CRMT, CPO, HVAC, EPA certification and Boiler’s license desired, or the ability to obtain certification based on property requirements.
Experience/Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: 2 years of supervisory experience is required. Attention to detail, customer focused and the ability to perform job duties in a fast paced environment. Must be able to communicate well with all levels within and outside of the organization. Must be able to problem solve with associates and residents. General computer experience is required. Current and valid driver’s license with safe driving record required.
